Responsible - Suddenly?!

Hey! After a long hiatus, since I have  finally cleared my final year medicine , there are going to be a series of blogs . Some with a lot of gyan and some with the crazy experiences I have had in last semester. Thanks to the Apple Store for deleting Blogger from AppStore India , Blogging through the desktop browser is the only way out and is very taxing. So , I have very many topics to share with my readers . Like how crazy the last 50 days of my Final Exams were!  The vacation  . The internship .Stay tuned . There is a lumpsome to read. For today , here is one from my drafts ... How you feel is 100% your own responsibility. The universe is sending people into your life to test us. The perception we have of ourselves is greater than the perception others have of us. You are not a victim, nobody has power over you.  Consider how your thoughts or expectations may have manifested the situation that is bothering you.  What if the answer lies within your ...

My mind - A funny place

My mind is like a grocery store . So many things cross by . Like whats to be worn for the evening , to why I should stop shopping , do some social service and what the hell is wrong with the economy ?  I look at it as how productive it can be. However , I lack the skill to prioritise thoughts and actions. When I find the thought is really negative , my * ANNOYED * feature gets activated . After a while , I be like . Stop it you ! You're just a thought . You have crossed my mind and now ... Kindly park your vehicle here and move away. I have no fodder here .  Sometimes , when I see 22 year old millennials turn millennials . I totally loose it . My * COMPARE * feature gets auto activated. I be like - Wajeeha ! What a failure are you ? People around you , as old as you have turned millionaires , are inspiring people , bringing in a change and you there ain't able to help people with your degree ! You have not even graduated . Look at the  fellow medicos from...

Voices Inside My Head

Hey! Listening to the voice of love and not fear VoFear - acknowledge it and say ok fine and move on! There to paralyse you Its there to hold you - DOWN It gives you a feeling of scarcity Says no one here is here to buy what I have to offer You are not ready for the opportunity yet.  VoLove - u know u have a gift and youre going to use it to serve people. Gives you a feeling of abundance! Be the first one Be the pioneer Come out of the shell  be the go to person for the gift you're blessed with. Its always important to view the world from the perspective of abundance and not scarcity. Bye!

My Mind - Never Coast

What the businesses in the city have taught me is never to coast. The Karachi Bakery had just one store , now they have half a dozen stores within the city . The never coasted and made themselves comfortable with that one store they had in the centre of the city . They soon doubled up , tripled then quadrupled . They are on a spree to increase the number of stores .There are three reasons they are doing it .  1. The profit 2. The risk 3. The confidence The universal truth being sky is the limit for food industry . They kept growing risking safely.  Its always important to keep innovating , keep thinking and keep creating ,to build on what you already have. Building a business like theirs is not easy . But the essential component is they continue to build their business , day in and day out. So , How is this even applicable to me ? A doctor and Karachi bakery . What can they have in common? Comment below 😊 Bye

Anxiety - Some signs

Heyyya! Anxiety shows up in some pretty obvious ways—sweaty palms, shaky legs, shortness of breath, feeling like you might throw up everything you've ever eaten. But there are other symptoms so strange that you wonder how on earth they could possibly be connected to your worried state. Icy Hands and Feet If you have an uneasy feeling in your gut, there's a good chance your nerves are actually the cause. When you're anxious, your blood flow is redirected away from your extremities and towards your larger organs in your torso. Unfortunately, your body doesn't know the difference between squaring off against a tiger and being late for an exam so even when your life isn't actually on the line, your body reacts as though it is. Strange Rashes There's an obvious connection between your skin and your emotions—blushing from a compliment, for example. But anxiety can also trigger unwelcome skin issues . During stressful events, extra cortisol surges through your bloodstr...

Miss.The bus

Hello people This banter should not surprise people who commute through College transport .  With the call rates getting cheaper and Whatsapp messenger on hand,  things are way more simplified . Being a chronic late comer , I have missed my bus innumerable times . Its not that I take too long to get ready 15-20 minutes of time is a luxury in the morning when you can bath , dress , eat and run. But the idea of waiting is not welcome. The psychology behind coming late is that we just hate to wait . We wish to be on time but never want to be there before time. Like you go there . Blink. Stand . Blink. Board. Bye.  So , today I'd like to share this funny yet not so funny incident . That shoot my adrenaline and digested the nahari and paaye in 30 minutes . A friend of mine asked me to sign on her behalf As she couldnot come to the college . People in the veil have an advantage of impersonating one another. So I thought to give this a try for the first time. I took a black scar...
